IA-Corp Electronic Notary Platform

The Information Assurance System™ (IAS) e-Notary platform is a comprehensive solution for changing paper notary to electronic notarization. IAS fully replaces the paper notary and manual movement/storage of notarized documents through the implementation of five modules:

Identity Module
- Addresses the credentialing and commissioning of notaries, and the registration of signers whose documents will be notarized in the system. IA-Corp sells a separate product for states (IA-SNAP) for state managed notary commissioning.

Registry Module - IA-Corp's proprietary methodology for creating and storing detailed data about each notary transaction. The Registry module features the Global Serial Number™, IAC's unique 256-bit value key which can be used to locate the serialized electronic record and perform validation of the original transaction. Embedded in the GSN is a discrete IPv6 internet address which provides an unprecedented range of addressability and control across an open network with no loss of security or legitimacy.

Sealing Module
- IAS integrates standard industry 3rd party products for document authentication, electronic signature, date/time stamping and digital certificates to enable appropriate document sealing upon notarization. IAS providers system users with choices as to which vendors are used to support their individual transactions.

Archival - IAS provides a branded online electronic file storage and archival capability: the Digital Safety Deposit Box™ enables DOD 5015.2 storage and archiving which can store both notarized documents and other important files.

e-Filing - IAS enables notaries to transmit documents to state and county recording authorities in formats required by law.
