State Notary Administration Platform™ The State Notary Administration Platform™ (IA-SNAP) is an application designed for State government to enable online registration and commissioning of Notaries within a given state.
The product allows notaries to enroll for their commissions via online screens over the Internet, and provides the necessary information management capabilities to integrate notary registration, state administration and reporting and swearing in requirements completed by local clerks of court.
The system features the ability to provision the Notary with a digital certificate to enable conformance with electronic notary laws requiring evidence of an electronic token supporting the electronic notary’s identity.
Finally the system can issue a SMART card which, when used with IA-Corp’s Information Assurance System™ allows for authentication of the Notary’s electronic credentials.
