IA-Corp Products
IA-Corp provides three products to the marketplace:
- IA-SNAPtm - The State Notary Administrative Platform is an online application designed to enable state governments (i.e., Notary Administrators within Secretary of State offices) to adminster the notary commissioning process, providing notaries with the ability to apply for and renew notary commissions (either paper or electronic).
IA-SNAPtm uniquely allows states to provide electronic notary credentials in the form of SMART ID cards, issued to electronic notaries when they receive their commission.
IA-SNAPtm provides public information about notaries. It also enables the state to treat notaries as "customers" using the application's powerful CRM toolset.
- Information Assurance Systemtm (IAS) - IAS is IA-Corp's comprehensive electronic notary platform including all the elements of the IAC 5-Module Architecture. This platform allows notaries to perform complete client/signer management, document control and workflow (via MS-Office), full e-notarization, document storage and archival services for clients as well as numerous notarial output options including legacy (paper) journal and e-filing.
- Digital Safe Deposit Box™ is an online archive and information storage service designed to address the long term storage and management of archived document information. Standards are never permanent. File formats change constantly. Authentication and security technologies evolve over time. DSDB maintains the latest State and Federal government standards for information assurance and truly secure document archiving.
